• a new or worsening cough
• a fever of 38°C or more
• shortness of breath
• sore throat
• sneezing and runny nose
• temporary loss of smell

We are committed to protecting our patients and their families. Cancellation fees will not apply if you are unwell.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us time to offer your appointment to someone else. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you do not meet these requirements. Of course if you are unwell, please contact us to cancel at any time.
